Another Weekend.....

Well another weekend is almost over, so that means it's time for another blog entry filled with drunk pictures. Friday night was Karaoke at Chinoe Pub. It was so much fun. Brett brought down the house with Prince and Teran showed off her abilities as usual. The best (or worst) song of the night had to be "Love Shack." Brett, Savannah, Teran and myself did a lovely rendition of the classic B-52s hit. The funny thing about it was that we started singing after last call with the lights on and none of us seemed to notice that most people had already left and we were performing for ourselves.

Love Shack, Baby, Love Shack

I, as usual, got very camera-happy once I started getting drunk. We took a ton of pictures. Little did we know that some guy behind us found his way into a few of them.

Notice the guy with the black cap giving Brandon bunny ears.

The picture bandit strikes again.

He finally came over and asked if he could get in a picture with us.

B16 & B18

Well that's about all I have for this installment. I went out Saturday night as well, but no photos were taken. I do want to give a shout out to B16 and Sarah Jane. Thanks guys for being there for me, without judging. It means the world to me.

A Wild and Wonderful Weekend

I had a great time in West Virginia this weekend hanging out with family and some old friends. Both Friday and Saturday I started drinking at 1pm and went steady through the night. Friday, my Mom and I met my aunt and cousin for lunch at Griff's (a bar and grill type place) around 12:30pm. I didn't leave until 12am and it was a very interesting time.

My mom and aunt know this lady, Cathy, from high school. She was a very unique character that loved sharing her boobs with everyone.

Saturday we went 4 wheelin. It was really fun because there was a lot of mud and beer involved. The best part was being out in the middle of nowhere without any worries.

Some of the pretty Roane County scenery

Drunk and Muddy

Saturday night continued with more drinking and hanging out. A mullet wig made an appearance and became a great source of amusement (along with jager bombs). Timmy and Bryan took turns doing their best Joe Dirt impressions.

Life's a garden. Dig it.

Timmy's gonna keep on keepin on.

Representin up in the West V

Sunday I mostly spent time with the fam at my Granny's for Easter dinner. Usually during holidays there are screaming kids running around. This weekend, however, the child-bearing part of my family was in Florida so it was very peaceful. Don't get me wrong, I love my little cousins, but the quietness was a nice change.

Granny, Dad & Me

My intention was to write an entry about my fun weekend at home with my friends and family. I didn't realize when I started what a drunk it portrays me as. Oh well, I really did have a great time.

Blog Not Broken

I am truly sorry for the length of time that has passed without a new entry. I'm sure it has been pure torture for everyone. It's been a very interesting couple of weeks, yet I am still lacking a worthy and appropriate blog topic. I will be going to West V this weekend, so I'm sure by the time I get back I'll have some exciting stories to tell. Until then, here are a few pictures from the trip to Nashville I took a couple of weeks ago.

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

Opryland Hotel

We saw the funniest thing while in Nashville and I have to mention it. We drove past a homeless, crackhead-looking man who was walking down the street with the craziest limp. He caught my attention, so I took a closer look. To my amusement, he was carrying a pogo stick completely covered in mud. It struck me very funny and I laughed my ass off. Everybody knows not to pogo in the mud. I'm convinced that's why he has the limp. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture.
